2nd Place Story $40.00
Judge’s Merit Award $20.00

In addition to cash awards, all entries will receive a brief critique from members of the Pikes Peak Branch of National League of American Pen Women.

Entry Fee is $10.00 per manuscript
Entries must be postmarked by March 2, 2009
Submitters need not live in Colorado to enter
or be a member of Pen Women

Winners will be notified by April 15, 2009

The Pikes Peak Branch of NLAPW was founded in 1954, and since that time the members have garnered hundreds of awards and been acknowledged in state and national Who’s Who lists for professional, successful and active writers, artists and musicians. Although this contest is sponsored by NLAPW, the Pikes Peak Branch is dedicated to the promotion and support of all writers. Male writers are invited and encouraged to participate.
