BIG POND RUMOURS is returning with both summer and winter issues! On hiatus since the Winter 2008 issue, this literary e-zine is coming back with a difference. We are still international but now you can make a regular submission (not considered for the contest) or you can submit to the contest (mark “Contest” on each poem or story). The contest pays the winners in addition to publishing them!

1st place for poetry or story $50, 2nd place $25, 3rd place $10.

The entry fees are: $10 for up to 3 poems (75 lines total) and $15 for each story (up to 3,500 words) or $20 for longer stories (3,500 to 5,000 words).

We seek quality in the writing and do not have a preference for any particular genre.
