WMG is looking to showcase a variety of compelling, sensitive, and provocative poetry by women for the annual HER MARK publication. All themes and styles are welcome. Selected poems will be featured together with visual art in a bound publication. The publication is 5x 7 ; poems submitted should be able to fit on one page of this size.

Poetry Juror: Maureen Seaton

Maureen Seaton has won numerous prizes for her poetry, including an NEA fellowship, the Lambda Literary Award, the Iowa Poetry Prize, the Audre Lorde Award, and the Pushcart Prize. She has facilitated poetry workshops at Columbia College Chicago, the School of the Art Institute, and at Woman Made Gallery. In
1995/1996, she curated a reading series entitled “Woman As Culture” for the Gallery. Maureen Seaton teaches poetry and literary collage at the University of Miami, Florida.

Entry fee: $10 for up to three poems
