Have you ever dreamed of being published? Do you have a story to tell? Well, you’re in luck! We are currently taking submissions for our back page nonfiction essay. Here is what we’re looking for:

Submit a single work of creative nonfiction, with a maximum length of 600 words. The subject should be a story about love– the presence, absence, complications, hesitations, headlong rush into, etc. The best essays will focus on a specific event or experience and explore its larger implications and meanings. Winner will receive publication on the back page of Iris: A Magazine for Thinking Young Women and a two-year subscription. Entry Fee: $10.
